The New Arena Festival#

In a significant logistical shift, the festival is moving from the Parque de Exposições to a new location: the Wet Eventos space on Avenida Paralela in Salvador. This new site has been rebranded as the Arena Festival, managed by Salvador Produções in coproduction with Bahia Eventos.

The venue spans 45,507 m² and has been totally redesigned to enhance circulation, comfort, and flow. It offers complete accessibility, rest areas, and integration between the general admission and VIP areas. The facility includes bathrooms in all sectors to reduce queues and improve the guest experience.

The construction of the Arena Festival began in December, mobilizing a task force of 500 to 600 professionals daily. The setup utilizes approximately 200 tons of structure, 6,000 meters of audio, light, and video cables, and 310 meters of LED panels.

Production & Design#

The Arena Festival is designed to host up to 25,000 people per day. The operational layout features three distinct stages distributed throughout the complex to facilitate movement and offer varied experiences.

The Stage Configuration:

  • Cais and Ponte: These twin stages are designed to operate in an integrated and alternating manner, concentrating the event's major shows.
  • Palco Rua by Coke Studio: This stage is dedicated entirely to music produced in Bahia, gathering artists who represent the cultural diversity of the state.
